Haidyn's First Steps

Haidyn took her first steps today! I am trying to get it on video so that I can share it, but of course she won't do it again. I can't believe how big she is, she is only 2 weeks shy of her first birthday.

Halle's 5th Birthday!!

Halle had a great "Tea" Party for her 5th Birthday! She had lots of fun with all of her friends from preschool and they all enjoyed their little sandwiches, mini fruit kabobs, cucumbers, mini cookies, and diamond shaped cake. Happy Birthday, Halle Bear! You've grown into such a beautiful, sweet, and silly little girl. We love you so much.

Well, I think I did pretty good on my resolution last year to keep a blog. Although at times there were months in between posts, I did pretty good for having a new baby. 2009 was full of happiness and fun. Haidyn has been a true blessing in our lives and we have really enjoyed having a little baby around the house... especially since she is just a good baby. She is growing up way to fast. Halle has been growing up a lot too and is having a great time in preschool and can't wait until kindergarten. Hannah has been doing great in 1st grade and was even the student of the month for November. We are truly blessed and thank God everyday for trusting us with them. For 2010, my resolutions are to lose those last 15 pounds and to enjoy my girls more while they are young and not worry so much about the little things... and of course keep up with the blog. Happy New Year everyone!

Student of the Month

Hannah was student of the month for November. We are so proud of her! She has really grown into a responsible and smart little girl. We love you Hannah. Keep up the great work!

Soccer 2009!

This is the first year the girls have played soccer in a league. They are having fun and getting better. Today Halle scored 3 goals and Hannah scored 2!!

Farewell sweet Lovie!

The girls turtle passed away today. She will be truly missed. As a tribute, here is a photo of her with the girls when we got her. Good-bye, Lovie.

Back To School!

It's back to school 2009!! Today was Halle's first day of preschool with Miss Lisa. She had a great time making new friends and painting a palm tree with her hand print. Hannah actually started 1st grade 2 weeks ago, but since I broke my elbow while roller skating with her just 2 days before she started, I wasn't able to share her pic until now. Hannah's teacher is Mrs. Hampton and she really likes her. We are looking forward to a great year.
