Great Grandma Meme

We had a chance to go and visit Jim's Grandma while we were visiting his parents in Northern California this summer. She is 91 years young and is still able to get around with a little assistace from a walker and live pretty much on her own at an assisted living facility. All of us really enjoyed our time with Great Grandma Meme.
